CLUB 7’S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES USE OF FACILITIES

Any persons wanting to participate in any CLUB 7 program/ activities, must be registered and pay for requested services.

Participation in any of CLUB 7’s activities at the facility or off the grounds is at your own risk.

Parents do not have to stay with their children who are participating in the program. Youth who are not actively participating in CLUB 7 activities may NOT be left unsupervised and unattended. Parents are welcome to stay and observe but may NOT interfere with training or the trainers’ directives. No aggressive language or behavior towards the trainers or any staff will be tolerated. Parents will be asked to leave. If there are numerous infractions, the participant(s) may be suspended, or inclusion terminated without refund.

Fighting will not be tolerated! Any fighting amongst members will be addressed and subjected to disciplinary action that can include suspension and termination without refund. Any fighting outside of C7, whether with members or not that is brought to the attention of the organization will be addressed, as we discourage violence of any kind, and strive to foster a safe environment and community.

Proper athletic attire must be worn while engaging in gym activities. Sneakers, socks, athletic pants/shorts, and t-shirts are considered appropriate attire. Jeans are discouraged. Bare feet and sandals are not acceptable. (Except during certain group exercise/ yoga classes). During winter months and rainy days, please bring a dry pair of shoes.

 

We want to keep our facility looking good for you and all those to come long after you. Please clean up after yourselves. Do not leave empty bottles/ trash lying about inside or outside of the facility. Please spray down yoga mats after each use. Roll mats up and place back into bins located in the sports equipment room. CLUB 7 is not responsible for any items left at the facility.

 

In cases of cancellation, our CLUB 7 app on Fit Wix, our social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) will post an announcement about the cancellations of classes. The same applies to programs being held at alternate locations. Please feel free to call CLUB 7 the day of your training/ fitness class to check on availability. All important announcements and promotion of events will be posted on the platforms mentioned above.

 

Other than water bottles, food and beverages are not allowed in the gym areas. Should you choose not to bring water with you, there is bottled water for purchase.

 

If there is a fire alarm while you are at CLUB 7, you must leave the building immediately through the nearest exit door and remain outside until it has been announced that it is safe to enter.

 

If you have the flu, a cold, or any other contagious illness, please stay at home. We know you want to put in work, but trying to do so with a contagious illness puts you and all other members at risk. Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the facility.

Any member who incurs an injury or becomes dizzy/ill while at the facility should immediately contact staff for assistance if parent/ guardian is not present. A first aid kit is kept on the premises for minor injuries. Athletic tape may only be used for minor injuries. In cases requiring more extensive first aid, CLUB 7 staff will contact the person(s) listed on the emergency sheet.
